PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a bag with a zipper made of a synthetic resin having a good quality at a low cost capable of shielding an impregnation of bacteria with a moisture or a water content from a ventilating part into the bag or with the water content as a medium, and continuing a sterilizing effect as rapid as possible after a sterilizing treatment even when the ventilating part itself is damaged. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the bag with the zipper made of the plastic resin comprises the steps of sending and feeding long-sized front and rear body films 1a and 1b in a longitudinal direction of the films 1a and 1b, by vertically superposing the films 1a and 1b by incorporating long and short steps H in upper edges 1c and 1d of lug pieces 20a and 20b; feeding a long-sized air permeable tape material 4 along with the films 1a and 1b; positioning an adhering margin of the material 4 on the edge 1c of the piece 20a by a zipper guide 32 by inserting between the films 1a and 1b to seal the material 4 at 5; sidewisely sealing the films 1a and 1b; and manufacturing the bag obtained by adhesively integrating the material 4 to the edge 1c of the piece 20 of the pieces 20a and 20b opposed at an upper part from the zipper 2 in an opening of the bag in the zipper 2 by cutting the side sealed part in a prescribed bag width. |
