PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply discriminate anomaly that the depth from a plane of incidence of an interior material, 1 to the laser focal position is deviated causing a weakening line part 3 can not be formed at an appropriate width, in a method of forming the weakening line 3 for developing an air bag on the interior material by laser processing. SOLUTION: A light intercepting sensor 108 opposing through interposing the interior material 1 is provided on a laser radiation head 103, and the processing time TM1, taken from the starting of the laser radiation to the rising of an output signal of the light intercepting sensor 108 to the prescribed level, is measured. When the TM1 is deviated from the allowable range, the anomaly is diagnosed. |
