<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified milk preparation unit which is inexpensive and does not require a large installation space and in which a milk preparation work can be carried out sanitarily. SOLUTION: A unit body 1 including a base 4 which has a sink 2 at its upper part and in which a storage part 3 is provided, a hanging cabinet 5 provided above the base 4, and a sterilizing cabinet 6 disposed on the base 4 is provided. There are also provided a sterilized water delivery port 23 and a city water delivery port 24 provided on the base 4, a sterilized water producing device 17 stored in the storage part 3, a sterilized water feed pipe 22 to feed sterilized water produced at the device 17 to the port 23, a contamination preventing valve 27 provided at the forward end of the pipe 22, a cleaning machine 18 stored in the part 3, and a balance 30 provided on the base 4 below the port 23.</p> |
