PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power steering device capable of making a system compact and easy to assembly. SOLUTION: A rotary cylinder 23 forming two hydraulic chambers 21, 22 having intervals relative to an inner surface of a holder 20 in a circumference direction are provided in the cylindrical holder 20 provided on a same axis as a steering shaft. A spool-switching member 24 connected to a steered wheel is provided in the rotary cylinder 23. A supply hole 25 and a discharge hole 26 of hydraulic fluid are provided on the holder 20. A pair of communicating holes 27, 28 communicating the each hydraulic chamber 21, 22 and the rotary cylinder 23 are formed on the rotary cylinder 23. The spool switching member has hydraulic passages 29, 30 dividing a space between the spool-switching member 24 and the inner surface of the rotary cylinder 23 into two and communicating to the supply hole 25 and the discharge hole 26 formed on and is provided with a pair of partition walls 31, 32 switching a communication state of the pair of hydraulic fluid passage 29, 30 and the pair of communicating holes 27, 28 by relative rotation of the rotary cylinder 23.
