PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive gene-introducing device capable of aiming at the safety and reliability for its user and further improving the number of treatments by introducing various genes in a large amount with one batch into cellular tissue. SOLUTION: This gene-introducing device has a pump 11 for flowing fine particles 6, 7 into a rotor 3 continuously, and further introduces fine particles 6, 7 splashed by a centrifugal force from plural ejecting ports 3b installed at the rotor 3 into the cellular tissue 8 housed in wells 5a of a microplate 5 installed at an inside wall 4a of the rotor chamber 4.
