PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding delivering apparatus having a proper posttreatment suitability without generating an S-shaped curl or the like. SOLUTION: The folding delivering apparatus comprises a sender 11 for sending continuous slips 20 having lines to be folded at a prescribed interval, a folding unit 12 for alternatively folding the slips 20 along the line to be folded of the slips 20, a delivery conveyor 13 for conveying a folding block 20A of the slips 20 superposed by folding by the unit 12, a folding block amount detector 14 for detecting an amount of the block 20A, and a controller 16 for controlling so that the conveyor 13 is intermittently moved if the amount of the block 20 becomes a prescribed value.
