PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a flavoring seasoning so as to remove odor of fish. SOLUTION: This method for producing a flavoring seasoning comprises a process of broiling dried fish, a process of crushing the broiled fish, a process of classifying the crushed fish and a process of packaging the classified fish in porous bags; wherein the fish of the packaging process are classified and packaged so that the size of the fish is bigger than that of the porous hole of the porous vessel.
