PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a clarified coffee beverage stable for a long period and having clarity by which turbidity and precipitation are prevented from occurring during concentration, preservation, dilution, etc., by removing ingredients contained in a coffee beverage such as a coffee extracted liquid and its concentrate and causing the turbidity and precipitation. SOLUTION: This method for producing the clarified coffee beverage comprises a ceramic membrane filtering step S4 of filtering the coffee extract liquid or its concentrate through a ceramic membrane filter having 0.1-3.0μm pore diameter.
