PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a coupling structure of rolling stocks at low cost, capable of securing the rigidity in the sectional direction of a car body of an outer bellows plate, following up the deformation due to relative biasing between the car bodies to cope with large deformation due to various distortion, and smoothly connecting the continuous car bodies. SOLUTION: The outer bellows plate 3 is formed by a frame member 4a having a space part 4e and a surface material 4b covering the outer side of the frame member 4a. The frame member 4a and the surface material 4b are integrally formed of soft vulcanized rubber.
