PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interline rod with which a fishing line insertion operation is readily carried out. SOLUTION: This interline rod has base rod 1 having a fishing line entry 6, with which a fishing line L can be introduced into a fishing line route, on the circumferential surface and a base upper rod 2 which is connected to the ear tip side of the base rod 1 in a shaking out form. An elastic tubular body 12 which is bent in one direction in an ordinary state of no external force application is connected to the rod case base side of a bottom plug 100 to be attached to the edge part of the rod base side of the base upper rod 2.
