PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the maintenance work of a shooting rail and on a passage on its upstream side in a ball-sealed combination game machine. SOLUTION: This combination game machine is provided with a front frame 2 openably and pivotally fitted to the front face side of a game machine body 3, a game board 15 for a combination game fitted to the front frame 2, and a shooting means 16 shooting the game balls fed on the shooting rail 37 toward the game region 27 of the game board 15. A plurality of game balls are sealed in a closed loop-like circulation path including the shooting means 16 and the game board 15. A standby passage 47 allowing the game balls sealed in the circulation path to wait on this side of the shooting rail 37 is openably fitted to the back side of the front frame 2.
