PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder molding device capable of enhancing workability by reducing changing time in changing a metal mold, and capable of coping with multi-kind small quantity production. SOLUTION: In the powder molding machine provided with a die 5 disposed on a carrier table (die set), a metal mold 2 comprising upper and lower punches 6, 7 having first-third punches 6a-6c, 7a-7c, and a press-driving mechanism 3, which carries out press-molding by independently driving each of the punch 6a-6c, 7a-7c through a driving shaft 10-15, engaging pins (connecting means) 33-35, fixed to the die 5 and first and second punch holders 28, 29, are engaged with a recessed groove (connecting means) formed on upper first-third punch holders 28-30 to connect movably in the pressing direction and incapably of falling out, and the die 5 is mounted and fixed to the carrier table 8 through a fixing bush (fixing means).
