<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer bellows for preventing fall in a car coupling part taking the connection between a support part (shaft plate) and a bellows part as a coupler type, and capable of facilitating storing and attach/detach work, and reducing the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The outer bellows 9 is formed by a rubber elastic body forming bellows parts 9a, 9a', and the support part 9b supporting the bellows parts. The support part 9b has one ridge line chamfered to be like a deformed U-shaped in section and elongated, and upper and lower end core bars serving as vertical rotating shafts are secured to the upper and lower end parts of the support part. The support part is provided with a contact plate 9c, so that it can be rotated within a gap area between the coupled cars. Thus, a single plate of the rubber elastic body or a U-shaped cut end part of a double structure is engaged and inserted from the side in an opening part of the support part 9b to form the outer bellows 9 of the coupler type. The outer bellows are disposed opposite to each other through a bearing part having a fixing member 17 in the end surfaces of the front and rear cars. By inserting and removing only the fixing members 17, the outer bellows 9 are rotated to be stored or fixed in designated positions, whereby the outer bellows can be easily attached and removed to an from the cars without jumping out to the platform side.</p> |
