<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze pattern information of DNA methylation by utilizing difference of methylation patters occurring in genome DNA depending on a kind of cell, tissue or nucleus. SOLUTION: This method for identifying a cell, tissue or nucleus is characterized in that information of methylation pattern of DNA isolated from a specimen cell, tissue or nucleus is analyzed and the cell is identified.</p> |
