PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for rotational friction fusion bonding for a resin molding without necessity of posttreating for a fusion bonded part after fusion bonding by obtaining a stable fusion bonding force. SOLUTION: An inserting part and a fitting part are provided at each of two synthetic resin moldings. An annular protrusion is provided on one of an outer surface of the inserting part and an inner surface of the fitting part. Thus, the protrusion and the part contacted with the protrusion are previously melted by a frictional heat, fusion bonded to absorb a dimensional unevenness of the molding, and hence the fusion bonding force can be assured. The protrusion is mainly melted to enable a reduction in the molten resin itself. Further, the melted resin is retained at the part except the protrusion so as not to be possibly extended out of the fusion bonded part. Thus, the posttreatment after the fusion bonding does not become necessary.
|
