PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stamping die and its machining method having high machining accuracy and surely preventing a stamped scrap from rising through a stamped hole during stamping operation and capable of controlling generation of burrs of products. SOLUTION: In the stamping having a punch 5 and die 3 for stamping out a plate stock 1, a chamfer processing portion 16 edge processed by sand blasting is formed in a cutting edge portion 14 located in an upper end of a die hole 7 of the die 3.
