THERMAL INK JET HEAD AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal ink jet head exhibiting excellent machinability and ejection stability at a low cost. SOLUTION: The thermal ink jet head has a barrier wall for introducing ink to heating elements wherein polyamideimide resin, preferably having a modulus of elasticity in tension of 400 kg/mm2 or above and a coefficient of thermal expansion of 4×10-5 [1/ deg.C], is employed as the material of the barrier wall.
