PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a readily producible interline rod having a fishing line supporting projection only on a necessary part. SOLUTION: This interline rod has a base rod 1 having a substantially smooth internal circumferential surface, a second base rod 1b having a fishing line entry 8 on the circumferential surface at an ear tip side, a base upper rod 2 which is connected and fixed to the ear tip side of the second base rod 1b and is provided with the fishing line supporting projection 2a on the inner peripheral surface, and a first middle rod 3 to an ear tip rod 5 which are successively connected to the ear tip side by a shaking out form.
