PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer drum drive controller capable of providing an operating right merely by the operation of an operating device for providing the operating right. SOLUTION: This mixer drum drive controller comprises a mixer drum 1 rotatably mounted on the vehicle, a drive device having a variable displacement pump 3 and a motor 4 capable of rotating in the forward and reverse directions and increasing and decreasing the speed of the mixer drum 1, a traveling engine 2 drive device for increasing and decreasing the speed of the drive device, operating devices 7 to 9 disposed on an operating seat and on the outside of the vehicle and having input means for switching request signals U1 to U3 and drum rotating setting means, and a controller 6. When the controller 6 meets the specified requirements when the switching request signals U1 to U3 are inputted from either of the operating devices 7 to 9 into the controller 6, the controller 6 sets the operating rights for the operating devices 7 to 9 requesting a switching, and adjusts the pump capacity Dp and the rotating state of the engine 2 drive device according to the operating positions of the operating set means for the operating devices 7 to 9 having operating rights set therefor so as to control the rotating state of the drum.
