PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for finishing a vehicle seat by filling without an obstacle in time and quality by solving the problems in quality and manufacturing method wherein a solidifying material injected in manufacturing the vehicle seat leaks through a needle hole before solidification after filling. SOLUTION: A tape is extended form a reel 1 mounted in a position not obstructing sewing to a lower sealing tape guide 3 to enter a groove of a thread plate 5 connected through an inner groove. The tape comes up on the top face through a relay hole on this side of a pinhole, but it is put in a suitable position to which pressure is applied by a middle presser. An upper sealing tape is extended from the reel 1 not obstructing sewing to be passed through two position correcting guides mounted in two places of a sewing machine head part and through a tape guide hole of the middle presser of the sewing machine to come out in a position where a needle directly drops. Both the upper and the lower sealing tapes are released from the grooves near the pinhole so that missing stitch is not caused.
