PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow whose height can be adjusted by a user as he/she desires. SOLUTION: This pillow or pillow cover is equipped with rotatable projections 5 like wings of an airplane on the pillow itself or the pillow cover to make the height of the pillow adjustable. A material in the projections 5 can easily be selected by a user as he/she desires.
