PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing resin film for laminating a decorative sheet excellent in design effect, deep drawing processability and water resistance, the decorative sheet having the resin film laminated thereto, and a refrigerator door using the decorative sheet. SOLUTION: A transparent biaxially stretched polyester resin film of which the surface orientation coefficient is 0.157-0.160 is used as the uppermost layer. A printing layer, a colored resin layer, a base material resin layer and an adhesive resin layer are appropriately selected to be laminated to the undersurface of the uppermost layer to obtain the printing resin film for laminating the decorative sheet. This resin film is laminated on a metal sheet to obtain the decorative sheet.
