PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pull-up tool with which a person lying on the back on a floor surface can do exercises by griping a horizontal bar by both hands and repeating sitting-up and lying-down. SOLUTION: This tool is constituted in such a way that L shape support frames 15 formed by floor surface placement pieces 15a and pillar pieces 15b erected from the pieces 15a are arranged at both sides and the horizontal bar 16 is connected between the upper end parts of the pillar pieces 15b in the support frames 15. The horizontal bar 16 is attached between the upper end parts of the pillar pieces 15b of the L shape support frames 15 or desired positions being lower than the upper end parts so as to be freely attachable/ detachable. |
