PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing an anti-fouling agent which is applied to easy-to-contaminate and hard-to-wash parts such as sleeves or neck parts of dress shirts, and which can prevent contaminations of the parts. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (i) emulsifying a dimethylsilane to ethylalcohol by using a nonyl phenyl amine ethylene oxide, (ii) emulsifying a fluorine resin to water by using non-ionic emulsifier, to form an emulsion solution of fluorine resin, (iii) introducing materials produced from the steps(i) and (ii) into a mixing bath in the equivalent ratio respectively, sealing the bath, and reacting the materials to form a first solution, (iv) admixing an acryl copolymer emulsion having 40% solids into the first solution to form a second solution, (v) admixing a vinyl acetate emulsion solution having 40% solids into the second solution and stirring the solution at room temperature, and (vi) admixing an aliphatic amine derivative as an antistatic agent, into the second solution to form a third solution.
