The assembly includes a movable valve body (20) that is movable by a coupling for coupling the beverage channel to a beverage dispenser, and a second coupling (80) for coupling the beverage channel to a filling device for filling the container. The valve body is movable between one position in which the beverage channel is completely closed off, a second position in which a passage is released for one flow rate, and a third position in which a passage is released for a second flow rate, the second flow rate being considerably greater than the first flow rate. Independent claims are included for a method for using the valve assembly, and a container.
