The hydrogen-based electrolytic heat energy generator comprises a boiler (1) containing molybdenum electrodes (3) in tubes (2) and submerged in electrolyte. The electrodes catalyze electrolysis of water, with hydrogen evolution in the bottom of tubes (2), for reaction with supernatant oxygen to form water and generate heat. - The water vapor goes via a pipe (5) to heat the water in the heating circuit, and condensate return pipe (6) maintains continuity of the electrolysis.
