An adjusting device intended for quick-advancing as well as fine-adjusting of a movable object comprises a stationary holder member (3) having a first thread (9), a rotatable transmission member (10) having second and third threads (11, 12), as well as a slider member (13) co-operating with the movable object. The first and second threads (9, 11) form a first thread pair, which has another pitch than the second thread pair which is formed of said third and fourth threads (12, 14). In this way, an axially movable object connected with the slider member may be quick-advanced by rotating in unison with the transmission member, as well as be fine-adjusted by moving depending on the difference in thread pitch between said thread pair (9, 11; 12, 14). |
