PURPOSE: A roof assembly of a vehicle is provided to protect an occupant safe by reinforcing the stiffness of a roof assembly and preventing the deformation of a roof assembly when an overturn occurs. CONSTITUTION: A roof assembly includes a roof panel(11), a roof reinforcing member(12), a roof rail panel(13), a side frame member(14), and a reinforcing bracket(15). The reinforcing member is installed crossing the lower portion of the roof panel. Both ends of the reinforcing member are bonded to both ends of the roof panel. The roof rail panel and the side frame member form a closed section. The upper end flanges are placed on the side of the roof panel and fixed on one lower face of the reinforcing member. The reinforcing bracket is bonded to both upper faces of the roof reinforcing member, and is extended from the roof reinforcing member. According to the reinforcing bracket, the stiffness of the roof panel is reinforced.
