PURPOSE: A structure for coupling intake muffler of hermetic type compressor is provided to reduce man-hours and defective proportion. CONSTITUTION: A structure includes an intake muffler(50); a coupling supportive part; and a coupling device(60). The intake muffler is connected and installed to a head cover(40) acting as a passage for working fluid flowing in and out of a compression chamber. The coupling supportive device is formed integrally with the intake muffler to couple the intake muffler to the head cover. The coupling part is a coupling plane(71) integrally formed between a body(52) and a discharge part(51) of the intake muffler and has a coupling hole formed to penetrate. The coupling device elastically fixes the intake muffler to the head cover through the coupling supportive part.
