PURPOSE: A mobile room lamp for a vehicle is provided to use a room lamp for illuminating an outside place by separating a room lamp from a roof lining without a separate illumination device. CONSTITUTION: A mobile room lamp for a vehicle comprises a lamp recess(11) formed at a portion of a roof lining and having a connecting unit(12), a roller(15) installed in the lamp recess and rotated by a return spring, a lamp case(17) fixed on the connecting unit of the lamp recess, a wire(14) wound on the roller and connected with the lamp, and a connecting recess(20) connected to the connecting unit of the lamp recess. If an occupant moves the lamp case to a necessary place, the wire is unwound and the return spring rotates backward. With the displaced lamp, the place is illuminated. Therefore, a separate lamp for illuminating the place is not needed.
