PURPOSE: Structure for installing a striker of a door trim for a vehicle is provided to improve the appearance by reducing a step and covering a striker with a cover and to compact the assembling structure. CONSTITUTION: A small gap(5) is formed on a cover(3) of an opening(2). The cover is installed via a fixing sill(7) combined to a fixing front end(6) of a trim(1). A striker(4) is installed through the small gap of the cover. The cover is made from an elastic material. Since the striker is covered with the cover and a gap is reduced by the small gap, the appearance of the striker is improved. Further, the cover and the trim are combined firmly by the fixing sill and the fixing front end.
