PURPOSE: Structure of a cover of a steering shaft for a vehicle is provided to improve the silence of a vehicle by isolating a through hole of a dash pad from an engine room body via a separate cover. CONSTITUTION: A cover(4) closing a through hole(2) of a dash pad(1) while surrounding the circumference of a steering shaft(3) is connected via a Velcro tape(5). The cover is integrated with a foam material(6) and a seat(7) for blocking up noises. Since the gap between the circumference of the steering shaft and the through hole of the dash pad is closed completely, vibration and noise of an engine room are isolated.
