PURPOSE: An advertising device using a light-emitting diode is provided, thereby minimizing the size of the device, cutting off the production cost, and controlling the blinking rate of the light-emitting diode. CONSTITUTION: The advertising device using a light-emitting diode(LED) comprises a frame(1) containing an LED circuit plate(2); a transparent acryl plate(9) capable of displaying various designs or letters which is positioned under the frame(1); an adapter connecting hole(7) which is connected with an electric power supplying wire(8) through the electric powder connecting hole(6) of a frame cover(5), and is combined with an electric powder connecting jack(4) of the LED circuit plate(2); a controlling case(12), which controls lighting of the LED circuit plate(2), and contains a controlling circuit plate(3) having a semi-conductor device(11) and a fuse(16); a brightness-controlling grip(13) and a color change rate-controlling grip(14) which are connected with the controlling circuit plate(3) and positioned in the upper part of the controlling case(12).
