PURPOSE: A process of preparing seasoned laver by coating seasoning containing sesame oil, corn germ oil and mustard powder on laver and spraying a small amount of processed salt thereon before roasting is provided. Whereby, the product has a characteristic taste of mustard(wasabi) and laver. CONSTITUTION: Dried laver is roasted and cooled in the first stage, a composite seasoning agent comprising 18 to 22% by weight of sesame oil, 57 to 63% by weight of corn germ oil and 26 to 34% by weight of wasabi is coated on at least one surface of the roasted laver and sprayed with a small amount of salt and roasted in the second stage, followed by cooling. |
