PURPOSE: Provided is an inner liner rubber composition for tire, which maintains its physical property and has an improved anti-porosity by using nanoclay. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 2-10 parts by weight of nanoclay with respect to 100 parts by weight of halobutyl rubber, natural rubber, or mixed rubber of halobutyl rubber and natural rubber as rubber material. The nanoclay consists of 10-20 wt% of clay and 90-80 wt% of resin, and has a specific gravity of 1.5±0.2. The clay consists of 20-80 wt% of Al2O3 and 80-20 wt% of SiO2, and has a specific gravity of 2.3±0.5, interlayer height of 1.0-4.0 nm, and average particle diameter of 1.0-7.0 micrometer. The resin is an alkylphenol-based resin. |
