PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input support device which mediates in communication between a portable communication terminal and a service providing company and improves the efficiency of data input operation from the portable communication terminal to the service providing company and to provide a recording medium where an input support program is recorded. SOLUTION: Selection information of irreducible essential input items which need to be inputted from a client terminal among input items that a user needs to input to receive services and information regarding picture transition is sent to the client terminal. Other input items that the user is not requested to input are inputted by referring to information in a transaction learning table 15 wherein input items for the essential items inputted from the client terminal and information inputted from the client terminal so far are stored. Then a processing part 11 sends the input items of the essential input items and other automatically inputted input items to the service providing destination.
