PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to simplify a loading process and to improve productivity by simultaneously loading a lead frame and a heat spreader on a single fixture. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus is provided with a lead frame supply unit(10), a heat spreader supply unit(20), a loading unit(30), and a transfer unit(40). The lead frame supply unit(10) includes a magazine transfer part, a pusher, and a conveyer. The pusher pushes lead frames(L) loaded in the magazine(M). The conveyer places the lead frame(L) at a correct position. The heat spreader supply unit(20) includes a storage part having a plurality of heat spreaders(H), a heat spreader transfer part, and another conveyer for placing the heat spreader(H) at a correct position. The loading unit(30) is composed of a heat block(B), and a fixture(P), wherein the fixture(P) is simultaneously loaded with a lead frame and a heat spreader.
