摘要 The difference between the number of complementary mirror current branches (MC1,MC3) is less than or equal to one so that when the complementary currents are adjusted, the common node (A) has a current sum sensibly annulled by the action of the adjuster (30). The adjuster of the complementary currents (IN,IP) is done by a transistor amplifier (Q7) mounted as common emitter whose base is connected to the common node (A). Pair of complementary current sources including: (a) a reference current source (I2); (b) two complementary current mirrors (MC1,MC3)m, each having a pilot branch (22,29) and one or more controlled branches (21,31). Each branch has a mirror bipolar transistor (Q1,Q2,Q9,Q11). The bases of the mirror transistors of the same mirror are connected. The complementary current mirrors deliver complementary currents (IN,IP) at the level of a controlled branch (21,31). The first of the complementary current mirrors (MC1) is connected to the reference current source (I2) by is pilot branch (22). An adjuster (30) of the complementary currents (IN,IP), one with respect to the other, makes the base currents of the complementary mirror transistors sensibly equal. The adjuster is connected between the pilot branch (25) of the intermediate mirror current (MC2) and a node (A) common to the gases of the mirror transistors (Q1,Q2,Q9,Q11). The intermediate mirror current (MC2) is connected to the reference current source (I2) by a second controlled branch (24).
