PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color photosensitive composition containing C.I. pigment yellow 150 from which color images excellent in sharpness, uniformity, coloring power and surface smoothness can be steadily formed. SOLUTION: The color photosensitive composition contains C.I. pigment yellow 150, solvent, (meth)acrylic resin, polyfunctional monomers and photopolymerization initiator. As for the C.I. pigment yellow 150, such C.I. pigment yellow 150 producing <=1 wt.% extract by tetrahydrofuran is used. The color image produced by using the above color photosensitive composition is excellent in the uniformity, surface smoothness and coloring power. The color filter composed of the above color image gives a bright and sharp color image displayed by a liquid crystal display panel. |
