PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make more effective use of a co-generation system facility to meet the daytime power demand in summer. SOLUTION: When operating a co-generation facility 10 provided with a heat radiating means 26 and a heat storage means, the user operates the co- generation facility 10 suppressing the use of utility power by using the heat radiating means 26 depending on the contract with the power utility company that supplies power through the network. The utility company reduces the power charge to the customer based on the reduced power consumption. |
