摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle waste by changing the waste into a reducing fuel gas such as a carbon monoxide (CO) gas, a hydrogen gas (H2), methane (CH4) and ethane (C2H6), and burning the waste in a gas combustion chamber and a boiler, and increasing the temperature of water, liquid, or other media. SOLUTION: The inside of a furnace is set to a reducing atmosphere or a neutral atmosphere, and then the waste is reduced without any oxidization. More specifically, oxygen and carbon in the air are burned at a tuyere 10 of the furnace to generate carbon dioxide. However, the carbon dioxide in the furnace is changed into carbon monoxide by a carbon solution reaction, thus resulting in the reducing fuel gas. Also, water and vapor that are thrown from the tuyere 10 of the furnace along with air react with carbon to change into a hydrogen gas and carbon monoxide. Further, a petrochemical product such as plastic and tire that are thrown from the tuyere 10 of the furnace and the top of the furnace is subjected to the similar reaction or is thermally decomposed, thus resulting in hydrocarbon such as methane, ethane, and butane.
