PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield enclosure for a device having a printed circuit board intended for using higher frequencies and having an optical function such as a projection television receiver that is configured so as not to affect the service performance adversely. SOLUTION: A signal board 20 is mounted on a chassis metallic fixture 12 mechanically and electrically by machine screw 15 by inserting claws of a base metallic fixture 12 and a shield plate (right) 14 having claw shape parts 12a, 14a in the inside of a solid to a fixing notch part 22a and a fixing hole 22b and a shield unit in combination of an optical block 11 and a shield plate (rear) 23 is integrally connected.
