PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle reactor which is capable of reducing a leakage magnetic flux that leaks out into a vehicle and improving the vehicle in trafficability. SOLUTION: The thickness T1 of a magnetic shield 8 is set larger than that T2 of a magnetic shield 6, so that the magnetic shield 8 is heavier than the magnetic shield 6 and allows a more leakage flux G to pass than the magnetic shield 6. The vehicle is lowered in height of the center of gravity so as to be improved in trafficability.
