PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture book making system, a server therefor, and a recording medium reducing a creator's burden and allowing the creator to make a picture book with a small amount of data storage while assuring consis tency between words and pictures. SOLUTION: A user selects three keywords by operating a cellular phone 40, and sends this information to a server 10 via a radio base station 30 and a network 20. The CPU 11 of the server 10 performs the process of converting the arrangement of the three keywords and reads word data and image data that match the keywords from a memory 12 and synthesizes the word data and the image data together to form three scenarios (picture component parts). The scenarios are combined to make a picture book.
