The dispenser for hand wipes or toilet paper comprises a drum on which the paper is wound. It then passes over a second drum below it, which carries a serrated cutter. The shaft (3a) of the second drum is extended and a free wheel mechanism is mounted on it. This consists of two cogs (20a, 20b), one of which (20b) has a central recess and aperture (20l), allowing it to be fitted against the base of the other. Ball bearings (26) are fitted in recesses in this. |
