<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize user-friendly environment wherein information can speedily be retrieved. SOLUTION: An origin server 20 has a speech specifying block for specifying a user's speech, which is compared with a collection of user's speeches to transfer the processing to an expert server which should reply. On the expert server, an agent replies to the user's speech. The origin server 20 further has a collection of additional speeches triggering the start of information retrieval and when the user's speech is included therein, an information retrieval part performs retrieval processing. The retrieval result is presented in the form of a character-based speech to the user.</p> |
