<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an examination of bubbles in all of products. SOLUTION: A presence of bubble judging means 13a gets a threshold of the degree of transmission of X rays for judging bubbles previously set thereon to compare an electrical signal corresponding to the degree of transmission of X rays from an X-ray detector 10 with the threshold and determines bubbles to exist when the electrical signal corresponding to the degree of transmission of the X rays from the X-ray detector 10 is above the threshold. After a position detection means 14 detects the tip of the product 2, an area calculation means 13b adds a pixel part at which the electrical signal corresponding to the degree of transmission of the X rays exceeds the threshold to calculate the area of parts determined to be bubbles. A propriety judging means 13c automatically determines the product 2 to be defective when the total of area of parts determined to be bubbles is above a preset reference area (the area when the product 2 is a normal product) and a selection signal indicating the defective product is outputted outside.</p> |
