SOLUTION: The air in a gas circulating pipe 5 is compressed with a compressor 7, and the temperature rises, and it is cooled with the first heat exchanger 8 and the second heat exchanger 9. The air expands adiabatically and is discharged in fine bubbles from an air discharge pipe 3 so that its temperature drops to minus temperature and then moves upwards within a heat storage tank 1. The water (refrigerant) within the heat storage tank 1 is agitated and cooled with low-temperature air, and ice in sherbet form is produced.</p> |
