PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric double-layer capacitor which is originally durable in charging/discharging cycle, long in service life, and operable for large-current charging/discharging, and can keep wide operating temperature range and increase electrostatic capacity per unit volume or unit weight of capacitor. SOLUTION: A metal or metallic ion is dissolved in a liquid-side electrolyte comprising an electric double-layer forming a boundary between a solid and a liquid. |
