PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical path switching device which suppresses chatterings, occurring in an output waveform, when switching optical path at a high speed. SOLUTION: This optical path switching device is provided with a mechanical optical switch, which switches the optical path by impressing a signal voltage to an actuator and a control circuit which supplies the signal voltage to the optical switch, and therein the voltage at an elapse of T/2 from the standing-up of the signal is 2/3 VH less, with respect to the standing-up amplitude VH of the signal and signal width T. |
